Resident for 25 years.. The pub was vibrant when I moved to village.
It has so much potential for the village and as a destination.
Either get on with it, or pass it to another business that will invest and see a decent return.

I find what has happened to our last pub in the village totally unacceptable. A lot of promises were made when the current owners purchased the property - shame that these are apparently not being followed.
