I believe the four policy issues could play essential roles in improving the transparency of Cochrane reviews; a better business model is urgently needed at this moment.

I support the four suggested areas of policy improvement. Open access for the Cochrane reviews would be especially worthwhile.

Find a better business model. If Cochrane is to be a credible voice for data sharing, etc., then its reviews should be open access and data in those reviews should be free and usable.

I support the proposed improvements to the four policy issues, including a better business model that provides open access. There also needs to be greater accountability by the Governing Board and the Central Executive Team.

I fully support the four major policy issues. The culture changes within the organizational are vital to allow good work to emerge. An open access model is also necessary to be the top source of up to date evidence, as currently good evidence on health is lost behind a paywall or flooded by false information.

As a life long-severe asthmatic patient I deal with enough opacity. Cochrane WAS at least a touchstone for transparency and real evidence. Now I fear I have even less authentic sources
