Great proposal. Cochrane leadership need to a) engage with members b) stop being so self-serving c) discuss & root out conflicts of interest in their own reviews d) apply their own risk of bias tool properly e) get rid of autocracy & culture of disrespect at the editorial bases & board f) respect public purpose of reviews g) embrace international diversity, freedom of speech & scientific criticism in order to improve their own reviews
