Although I am on a scholarship mainly partial, I think its unfair for COB to even to consider increasing the fees. As a freshman in my second semester, my overall experience with COB had been difficult. From bad attitudes at the business office to the lack of concern for the feelings of the students, i havent seen any improvement in these areas. Nor have i seen where the funds that they gain every semester go towards improving facilities and standards at the school.

We as students of the college of the Bahamas needs to know the reason for the tuition increase. We need to be more informed as to what we are paying for. Additionally VAT has already taken its toll on our school fees. Moreover, if the price change is amended then we need to see physical infrastructures improved and better facilities.

This is my first semester in college, and it was a struggle to even get to this point for me. I may not be very well acquainted with all the cob drama, but this seems to take the cake.

I'm against this rise of tuitions because I'm not seeing any improvements on the campus. There's still mold in MHE. The pond is still filthy. I don't see where these extra funds are going. Also, they just raised fees in 2014. Plus, they just added VAT. Why are they increasing it, AGAIN?
