Belongs to the people of Cobh not county council and should be free to everyone to view and enjoy history behind it.

How can anyone contemplate putting this kind of structure up there. Cobh is loved for it's natural harbour open to everyone.

This piece of history must be protected for future generations, so many previous generation departed from this location to a new life never to return. A historical gem.

I have concerns that the new side development, is not in keeping with our Heritage Town it's to Modern concerns regarding the height the steel structure and the sails would obstruct the view off the waterfront from the land sea,and that no preservation is been done to the pier ,concern that public land would be used for the erection of a kiosk and turnstile and glass screen I object to this application
