Leave our pier alone, disgraceful that someone assumes they can take over public amenity for private gain. Go away and use your own entrance / property

This park is a public one, it belongs to the people of the town. It should not be carved up in favour of a private business. The Titanic building has plenty of space to erect their kiosk there.

Our promenade must never be given over to private enterprise, even an inch. Why line the pockets of any business person to the detriment of our lovely prom. The queues will be long and will impact on local and tourist access, market trading etc. Our prominade will be ruined. NO! It must not be allowed.

If.this kiosk gets planning permission it will set a president and destroy our Historic Promanade and won't fit in with our Historic Town image ,there was no consultation
With the, local population about this development it looks like the town is being bullied into this

If permitted, this project will have a visually negative impact on the centuries old waterfront promenade in Cobh, which has been a historically preserved and scenic delight for generation after generation over the centuries.
Furthermore, I object to the acquiring of public land by a private profiteering entity in order to erect a kiosk for commercial purposes.

This Promanade is our heritage and a kiosk should not be put in it against The wish of the town's people ,the developer have other options to access his pier but he didn't ,the original entrance to the pier should be used if this development was to be autentic,

The Pier is our heretige and funding should be on preserving it for the free enjoyment of the public. Taking part of our promenade for private use is an insult to those who developed it for the public. The Quay by the five mile is being restricted and now the promenade. This must stop.
