Public land given to the people of Cobh so that they and all others could enjoy ., should never be be moved from public ownership to private ownership at any cost.

The titanic pier is an iconic structure. It needs to be preserved. If this endeavour does that, I will support it.

While I understand attracting tourists to the town is is a win win prospect it should not come at a cost to the local community weather it be scenic views or town owned land
I’m sure middle ground can be found to satisfy everyone concerned

I am against the unsightly design which does not enhance the pier or reflect the history, I am against the use of the promenade for a kiosk. I wish to keep the full use of the promenade as a free public amenity and I believe this design will harm that.
