Looking to convert the existing garage into an ice cream and farm stand next to Dunkin Donuts. (12 Bartlett Street) The existing structure falls within the Highway Services District and will allow for 8 off street parking spots. I promise to make it a clean, fun and cool place to bring the family, athletic teams and friends. Please support my idea and help bring the community together.

The level of interest around this proposal has reached a point where I am now formalizing a presentation for the town planning board. I am currently coordinating with a local architect to ensure all parking and traffic flow projections meet the requirements of the Highway Services District.
