My dear fellow Ontarians,

      There was a time when a king had to have a permission to burden his subjects with a new tax, no matter how it might have been called.

       Now, after centuries of so-called progress, when we live in a so-called democracy (the literary meaning of the word: "the rule of people"; so, in theory, the People = the Sovereign), a chosen "king" for a term, Prime Minister McGuinty, does not concern himself with the expressed will of the Sovereign. What does it mean? It means that the People in fact, is not the Sovereign!

       So, let us get the power back with a simple solution: let us pay our governments a minimum wage during their stay in power and only after their reign ends let us vote how much they deserve to be rewarded on the basis of an independent, detailed assessment of the election program implementation/efficiency as well as a public debate, based on this assessment, between the prime minister and a leader of opposition.

      Why politicians are rewarded differently compared to all others, with no connection to their performance? 

       Let us form the Coalition for Fair Assessment of the Government. Let us get the power back with this simple petition!
