You don't even know what you're missing out on! You wouldn't be taking a chance with her, you'd be gaining an advantage. Have the courage to be on the forefront of change and all of the benefits that come along with it!

She's a players coach, talented and knowledgeable of the game...I know because Ive played against her team and I was coached by her for many years...What else do you need??

With her stellar record, Wylia should have at the very least been granted an interview for the coaching position, I think she is entitled to an explanation as to why she was not.
