I played football at ECSU in the 80's. Wylia was just as much apart of our team as anyone else. She knows the game better then most men. So why shouldn't she be the coach? I feel like the old establishment is keeping this from happening. These individuals need to open they're minds to change. It's all about the qualifications. Wylia's winning records shows that she knows what she's doing in the game. Maybe the University would finally have a winning record for a change. If that's what they truly what they want? Or is it more about woman being a coach in a male dominated sport.? Her becoming the first female in the CIAA would bring more pablicity to University as well. I don't understand the IGNORANCE of it all?

In my 20 plus years knowing Coach Slade she has proven to be knowledgeable game the game. She is always perfecting your craft to be the most knowledgeable coach she can be. Perfecting your craft to be the most knowledgeable coach she can be
