Having served on many search committees I know the number of applicants for a single position can be overwhelming yet I can't understand why she would be passed over for an interview. She has achieved on multiple levels and has garnered praise from the professional league which should speak volumes about her potential as a coach at a D2 school.

I feel like anyone who believes that we can be brought up from this record that we have should be given a chance to make ECSU shine. I am a student here and I get tired of going to games where we always lose. If she thinks that she can do a better job than the coach that we have, and she has earned all of her accreditations for the position, there should be no reason that she shouldn't be given the chance to have an interview.

She is an active Alumni member and she contributes to the school in many ways. She is presently coaching and her record speaks for itself with successful athletes. What's the problem????

What better person to promote than the one you educated. She graduated from ECSU, took her skills, knowledge, and wisdom back to her hometown and gained tremendous experience throughout the years.
