I would hope in 2016 ECSU is not discriminating based on gender. Wylia should be given an interview as, it appears she is qualified.

Well, the NFL has just hired a Female Asst Coach. ECSU has in my opinion historically negated to offer "effective" alumni opportunities for employment. IJS.

I am unaware of Coach Slave's accomplishments personally, but if her credentials speak to be granted an interview I hope that ECSU has the dignity to extend. Society is moving forward and if the NFL can recognize and honor the contributions of women in this sport, why can't ECSU? Proud to be a Viking, but disappointed if discrimination is happening. Give her a chance to showcase her plans for turning ECSU Football program around.
