Everyone deserves a second chance. We admit our wrongdoing, learn, grow and move forward. I have witnessed a level of excitement from the team and community that I have never witnessed before and I've been a part of this community as well as served proudly as a staff member for almost 30 years. Coach and his assistant have given the team a drive and greater hunger to do what they love to do and that's play ball. He has made connections with the students and completely removing him could have a traumatic impact on the team. A suggestion would be let this be a learning experience instead of a detrimental experience.

Coach Sivels has done a wonderful job coaching the boys basketball team and has gained a tremendous amount off respect from all the players This has had a very negative impact on the players and needs to be rectified

I stand behind coach ! He’s done alot for those kids yes a mistake has been made but the punishment isn’t affecting just coach but those kids are hurting. Do you right thing seaford!
