NCSU Alumni & Friends Against the Sale of the Hofmann Forest

Save the forest. According to the New York Post’s story, Hunter Biden in 2015 introduced his Father, then VP in the Obama Administration, to a Top Exec Vadym Pozharskyi at Ukrainian Burisma Holdings Ltd after Hunter joined the company’s board which was Paying him up to $83,000 a Month. The insinuation is that Hunter Successfully Influenced his Father to Pressure Ukraine Government officials “into Firing the Prosecutor Viktor Shokin, who was Investigating Corruption against Burisma. Facebook and Twitter took action to limit distribution (censored) the New York Post story citing Emails purportedly Revealing Evidence of Influence-Peddling by Joe Biden’s son Hunter Biden. The Emails were obtained from a Laptop which had a sticker from the Beau Biden Foundation, and had been Abandoned at Computer-Repair Shop, named “The Mac Shop” in Wilmington, Delaware and owned by John Paul Mac Isaac, who then reported the laptop’s contents to authorities which determined that the laptop and hard drive contain fruits of criminal activity. Joe Biden and his family engaged in "Legal Corruption" despite claims of no wrongdoing and the Liberal Main Stream Media Refuses to Talk and will never Report about Hunter Biden’s laptop and emails, fearing Democratic Presidential Nominee Joe Biden will Lose the 2020 Election if this information is exposed to the American People. This is evidence that Joe Biden participated in his Family’s CASH-for-Influence Scheme with Shady Foreign Companies. The American People should be demanding that the Media investigate this scandal before they VOTE, but we know, the Media will never report on Hunter Biden’s emails because it would be harmful to Joe Biden.

FOREST REPRIEVE? : Now that this SCAM has fallen through, we need to look into WHY. Perhaps SOME money-ed interests have a hidden agenda. The owners of this land, forest, [and hopefully the MINERAL RIGHTS] should get together with NCSU and other forestry schools within the state [and without ] should provide a 500 year plan for this legacy tract. This land should be held forever for the people; part of THE COMMONS. All hopes for commercial/extractive development must be quashed now while we have a chance.

This is a land grant university; This is a school; This is a school with a Natural Resources, Landscape Architecture, and Forestry degree. You can not learn about our land and natural resources from a text book. Learning is knowing. Books are an interpretation, not the real thing!

Stop trying to sell off land just to build on. We need natural beauty in our state. Generations later on need to be able to see and touch a tree not see it on a computer screen.

This even with RMS a TIMO buying most, no guarantees in the sale would transfer should RMS then sell of part or all later.... keep this state owned public land! Require a new NEPA EIS tos ell this land.

Do the right thing for future generations of our state and take care of Hofmann Forest, it has been good to NCSU and will continue to be good to NCSU. Why would you turn your back on something that has given so much to the image of NCSU

This is a huge loss to our university and to the state. I will not financially ever support NCSU if this sale goes through!!

This sale of Hofmann Forest is a terrible, short sighted idea. It is amazing that a public university would even consider squandering such a great natural treasure bequeathed to it.

Are you saying that the School of Forest Resources doesn't have any administrators or graduates that can manage Hoffman Forest?

As a Native American I've seen enough land destruction. Leave the forest as it is.
