CMS Payment Reduction for Therapy Services

Every kid deserves a chance and receive funding for therapy

Please allow therapists to continue to rehabilitate and serve those in need.

These are vital services provided to young children and payment reduction would negatively impact their care.

These cuts will significantly negatively impact our patients. Please reconsider!!

This is unacceptable. Further wasting the earning potential of my hard earned degree and crippling student debt.

Reimbursements rates are already so low that it makes it difficult to support these families appropriately, while maintaining and operating a business and taking good care of employees.

The clients are in need of the services in order to live their lives to the fullest level of safety and independence...do not cut any reimbursement funds!

It’s already so hard to get paid for our hard work!!! Many good therapists will go to cash pay only. Hating to leave good insurance clients but having no good options.

I am against lower insurance payment for ST, OT and PT!

Salaries for therapists have gone down over my career. They are already so low most therapists can no longer afford to go to a conference for continuing education and instead opt for online only courses,which are not as effective as ones that allow hands on and collaborating with other therapists. Further, education is much more expensive and therapists graduate with crippling debt.

I absolutely oppose these cuts. I am current practicing certified occupational therapy assistant.

save therapy! Our patients already don't have enough access to therapy. Cutting funds will decrease access thereby stiffling progress toward rehabilitation and habitation thereby creating individuals who will have no choice but to rely on continued long term care. This benefits NO ONE!

Do not cut therapy rates. Rates have not increased in over 9 years, rates should be going up by 15percent. Therapist have higher level of training these days and the cost of doing business has sky rocketed in the past 3 years.

Small businesses will not survive a cut like this. Therapists will loose jobs, and children and families will have less access to services. Cost of living increases, healthcare costs greatly increase, how can we justify the already meager pay dropping more!?
