These are essential services for our children, our elderly and those who suffer from injury.

This 9% cut will only hurt the patients in the long run. It should not go through.

Our profession will slowly die without viable payment solutions. OT is not only needed but necessary

This is no time to cut payment to those working to ameliorate the damages done in this pandemic.

OTs, PT's, and SLPs are barely surviving in this pandemic. Decreasing reimbursement would effect clinics and patients alike. We live in a world where our pay rarely increases while inflation increases and we want to cut MORE funds for therapy?

The decrease in reimbursements for PT, OT, snd ST makes it almost impossible for individual and small group providers to financially survive and remain open. Not only will providers suffer but the patients will too because of the limit number of providers that will be available Got several in the case that many may if have to close because of the impact of decreased reimbursements.

Therapy providers have a distinct and important role in health care. To cut funding would place a burden on both the provider and organizations that provide care to Americans everywhere.

Cutting payment for these services will adversely affect pediatric patients with disabilities that effect their normal development. Ped patients need the most services during their toddler to elementary years to eliminate creating huge deficits in their development. This would be a mistake for them.

My high sensory child has made major progress with Melissa and her staff. Melissa has been able to help families that are financially struggling to have these that are vital to the psychological well-being for these children and their families. Melissa does not have funders for her business. This change would kill her ability to operate. Please reconsider this change.

These services are detrimental to the health and wellbeing of our children. Please do not make cuts to something that could truly make or break someone.
