C’MON CITY OF SUGAR LAND - SAVE THE SUGAR LAND ICE AND SPORTS CENTER!!!

I've been playing hockey for most of my life at the Space City Ice Station near Clear Lake which just recently shut downed my senior year. So, I would hate to see another rink in the local hockey community to close down, especially one that I have adopted as my home rink during my last year in high school.

This would be a vast list to the community in terms of our youth. Please consider that.

Please keep the rink open.

This rink has been my entire life for the past 6 years. I work/ed here, taught here, coached here, learned here, and played hockey here. 40% of all of Houston's hockey activities take place here, and it is in Houston's best interest to save this place.

It's great exercise and a cool place to escape the summer Texas heat.

Please save the skating rink, I have so many memories at the rink, it would be a shame to see it go.

I travel from College Station multiple times a year to play in adult hockey tournaments at the Sugar Land Ice rink. Please do everything possible to keep it open.

This is a great asset to the city and should be saved.

I love this rink, I work/ed here, learned here, taught here, coached here, and played hockey here. So many others have done the same and over 40% of Houston's hockey takes place at SLICE.

Me and my friends have been going here since i was little keep it up please!!

Please don't take such a amazing place down.

Save the rink for our community

Keep it open for the kids!! It will come in handy when Houston finally gets its own NHL Hockey Team.

This is great for the kids, as for the adults, we don't need another empty facility in SugarLand.
