This would be a tragic loss, if Houston wants to produce future Winter Olympians and support minor hockey and figure skating the rink needs to stay.

I would really miss this place. Come for hockey tournaments. Always spend money at other local businesses while there.

Both my son and I love our hockey filled Sundays at the Sugarland Ice Center. We as well as countless others would be devastated if it were to permanently close its doors.

This rink is a vital place for teens to congregate on Fridays & Saturday nights - so they aren't out drinking / driving or at "lookouts" kissing in cars. Great athletes are representing Sugarland at national figure skating competitions. We need this facility to stay open!!! Help!

This rink has been the heart of my athletic life for four years. Many of my friends have come out to support games, and my grandparents certainly enjoyed seeing their grandchildren our playing. As families we ice skate and support each other, this rink has become a home away from home. I've learned how to be a team player, how to be a champion in face of win or loss, and how to be a friend.

This rink is extremely beneficial for the community, it brings physical exercise to large amounts of kids as well as valuable team building experience through its various sports. Activities kids and adults love would not be possible without this rink. Please help us!
