Please keep the rink open as we in the community love playing hockey and public skating at this facility. I'm even willing to provide marketing services to the rink at no cost. Sugar Land has more then enough people to support keeping the rink open.

Star Skaters is such an important program that needs the ice in order to keep it going! Please keep this facility open. Thank you.

excellent place for kids to entertain themselves

Please don't close this rink. My son skated and played hockey here for many years. I play novice hockey here for years also and It was good a great workout for my fat ass. It is a great place to bring friends and family, that have never ice skated, for a good day of fun. They have always told me, "I never thought I would ice skate in Texas."

Please don't let this place close. It's one of the best rinks in town, and it's a place where everyone who loves true sport of hockey goes. Do the right thing here.

Save the rink Sugar Land! This is more than just a piece of property for the City of Sugarland. This is a destination for tournaments, competitions, civic groups' social outings, and one of the few remaining safe places to park to go to ice based activities.

We go ice skating here several times a year; we vow to do it MORE OFTEN!!! Sugar land needs positive experiences for our families and youth.

This is worth saving!!!

Consider other alternatives to better utilize the facility, attract a larger client base and lower operating costs.

Please do not close down this rink. This venue has brought so much enjoyment for many years to those in Sugar Land and surrounding areas. It would be a shame to take that away...especially to the Star Skater's Team. Skate therapy is a simply awesome program and it would be a very big disappointment to those players/skaters. Thank you!

Please help us save SLICE. Not only does it serve as an area hub for family activities but the therapeutic value it represents for our wounded warriors and others is beyond measure.

We LOVE the ice rink and have enjoyed it as a family for 10 years! Our daughter was about to begin lessons and will be crushed by this news as we can't sustain driving in to the Galleria on a regular basis. Please help keep this wonderful Family amenity open in our amazing city! It adds so much!

These rinks are an important part of the community and serve many different groups and people offering fitness, recreation and fostering competitive spirits. Keep them open!
