Yes, its true, San Diego State University\'s Aztec Center is ready for a make over! SDSU is looking for student feedback to determine what students want integrated into this massive building project. Given that the average lifecycle of a building at SDSU is about 50 years, your input in the project\'s design will impact hundreds of thousands of students, employees, and visitors of SDSU. This is a unique but limited opportunity to make your two cents count. Background info :: By filling out this petition, you are promoting a HIGHER STANDARD OF \"GREEN\" BUILDING (called LEED Silver Certification) to be implemented into the design of the new Aztec Center. WHY Green buliding basically equates to long-term cost savings and takes less of a toll on the environment (i.e. Green Buildings generally contain less toxic materials and use resources like energy and water more efficiently).
