As a parent of a lifeguard last season I can attest to the fact that there were minimal shifts given. There is no shortage of guards. Just lack of desire to pay them. Also reports of 15 year olds manning the slide towers and checking chemical levels which is not allowed, due to the fact that there were no 16+ workers on shift.

I would also add that the extremely limited ability to being friends/family to the pool also diminishes our pool enjoyment and leads us to use other neighborhood pools instead of the ones we pay for in our community.

How is it that after an entire season being closed, with ample time to make any and all repairs, are there still issues? My daughter was cut on the playground section at the oaks because of a sharp metal piece and the sprayers weren’t working correctly because of a missing screw. The paint is still peeling, the water was murky, the floor was dirty, and the pool ended up closed? It was open for one whole DAY?! Please….maintenance people….explain…

This is a concern for all 4 pools. Also, I don't see how they can close the big pool all day M-F at North for so called program use especially now that kids under 12 that don't pass the swim test can't use the deep end. Also, the drop in guest passes from 10 to 4 makes no sense and then raising the guest rates to $10 is ridiculous.

It is shameful that all other pools in neighboring communities with much lower membership rates have figured out how to offer swim at your own risk options. I don’t buy that it’s an insurance issue. Get rid of the slides and diving board if that’s the real issue.

I’m concerned with the overpopulation in the pools on the days they are opened and the others are closed. I’m pregnant and am not able to swim with my son because the pool is too crowded. It’s also dangerous for the lifeguards to keep an eye on that many kids.

Due to the changes over the last couple of years, we can use the pool less and less. We are tracking the number of times we can use any of the pools this year and will divide that into the price we pay to determine a cost per use for the year. I suspect it's going to be too high to justify the expense.

I'm am also bummed about the reduction in party times from 2 hours to 1.5 hours. It's just too much work to host a party for just 1.5 hours. I'd rather pay more than do a short party.

Unhappy with less guest passes than prior years, AND the increase cost for guests once you used your 4 free passes! These changes are not appreciated!

Our family has refused to join due to the lack of adult ‘swim at your own risk’ and the limited season/hours.

Bring back normal pool hours. Or let me sign a waiver to swim at my own risk.

As many have previously stated, a longer pool season (early April-late October, I believe) was used as an incentive/perk when we originally joined. This was/would be a huge benefit to your members as many families/children attend year-round schools and are not always off during traditional summer dates. Later Friday and Saturday evening hours were also enjoyed in years past and we would love to see those return. Lastly, I'd like to reiterate the desire for "unattended" or "off" hours for residents to swim at their own risk (laps, etc) when the pool is not technically "open."
