As a new member of Sunset Bluffs I find it absolutely ridiculous to have to pay for year round fees while only having access to the pool for a little over 3 months. All this while watching other people who do not belong to this community using the pool year round.

One of the selling points when we moved in this neighborhood back in 2019 was the pool was open March to October. That has constantly been reduced while fees go up. I’m fed up.

I agree wholeheartedly with all this. I would also love to swim laps early in the morning before the kids are up and pool is officially open. I used to do this at our previous neighborhood pool and it was wonderful. I also want to add that those of us with kids home before the traditional school year ends would love to have access to the pool during the day (the South pool just isn’t big enough for all the members). Please consider all of this or like many, we will look at other options.

We canceled our membership last year because of the lack of respect the management company has for the members in the Sunset community.
Renting the pool to the RSA swim team has only brought more issues to our neighborhood and none of those issues are address by your management company.
You are a large company that has no invested interest in the sunset communities anymore other than lining your pockets. . Move on! Consider selling back to the homeowners who were promised a pool that would be open an extended timeframe.

My family and I were considering joining the pool for the first time in the nearly 4 years we have lived in the neighborhood. We have decided to postpone joining until the ongoing management issues are addressed.

We already cancelled our membership but would consider renewing for reduced price or hours back to what we were told when we bought our home

We pulled our membership last year after the prices continued to rise and the ability to use the pool was limited. I also believe for the number of members and adding outside membership. The membership rates are a little steep

We were promised A LOT with this pool when we bought our house in 2016. None of the promised items came to fruition and instead the pool has declined tremendously. We will be quitting after this season if things don’t improve immediately.
