Closure of the sorting office will discriminate against those of the community, who are disabled, elderly or who do not have transportation particularly for the carriage of heavy goods which would then involve a financial burden.

Anerley is not easily accessible by public transport from West Norwood and the current sorting office is easily accessible both by train and a number of buses from the surrounding area

They are supposed to deliver the mail. In Japan they deliver several times a day 7 days a week. We get at best 3 days a week and then they want you to collect from even further away.

People cannot travel easily from West Norwood to Anerley. What if you don't have a car - even when you are working full-time its hard enough to get to the local sorting office let alone one in another area not even close to West Norwood. Alternatives for the area need to be looked at like keeping the delivery office, or asking the local West Norwood post office to accept the parcels so people can collect locally.....Royal Mail this is not acceptable the delivery office has always served the West Norwood people well.

This is outrageous - the population of our area is increasing - so many new developments we need to improve the infrastructure and amenities not reduce them !

I would not use Royal Mail delivery on my parcels if the closure happens as Anerley is too far for me to go.
