I am an elderly person. If i miss a parcel delivery, this would mean that i will have to carry a potentially large and/or heavy package for quite some distance. This proposal is very bad for me and also, i would suggest, very bad for everybody else in the area. Please think again and show that you care about your customers and not just " the bottom line".

It is crazy for Royal Mail to close this sorting office which is used by so many people who would find it very difficult to travel all the way to Anerley to collthe ct their mail and parcels.

The round trip to Penge from West Norwood will be difficult particularly for the most disadvantaged, who are less likely to have cars. Likely to reduce RM business, surely self-defeating?

I think is disgusting closing this office, I'm always collecting parcels from there. We would have to get 2 buses to collect our parcels RIDICULOUS

Closure of this sorting office would be very detrimental to everyone except Royal Mail - who are supposed to be bringing better service with privatisation, not worse. Please do not allow this.
