This is another example of the retreat of local Royal Mail services and inconveniencing the general public further by making us travel to another Borough to reclaim mail. I have cause to visit this office regularly, particularly on a Saturday morning and it's location is easy to reach from my home. Please don't close it.

Please don't close our post office! It's incredibly handy. Not everyone has a car and the bus route isnt as regular as it might be.

I have ALWAYS had a great service from this depot and the people that work there. Don't close this depot, it's far, far better than most - and why should we travel miles to get our postage?

Why would we take away such an invaluable local service, with the alternative being a collection office 3 miles away - which is next to no use for the elderly or is those with young children. Wake up, people!! We need these local services, otherwise what becomes of the community? RESIST!

Best bunch of nice people there and would be so inconvenient to have to travel to Anerley as this office is so close to us. And what about the fab car junkyard nearby, or the industrial estate right next to the sorting office? Will people want that? Let the sorting office stay where it is.

I live on Elmcourt Road and this is the closest pickup to me, I do NOT want to have to go to Anearly!!!

It's not easy to get from West Norwood to Anerley.West Norwood seems as if it's being stripped of it's basic services.

I regularly use this office, which is very convenient and local. The staff are very efficient. I'm against the proposed move as it's location is to far away.

I do not agree with the post offices closer due to it being the closest post office to my house. I am also against it because if it gets moved it will be far away from my house.

The sorting office provides a service which is at the centre of a large local community. Having to collect parcels from Anerley, outside the upper Norwood area, will be very inconvenient especially for the many many people who don't have transport, including older people and families on low incomes. And for others it will encourage more car use, when before people could walk to collect while shopping.

Moving the West Norwood sorting office to Anerley is ridiculous. It's a busy sorting office providing a very useful service to local residents. Anerley is miles away up a very steep hill, and we would have to pass the Crystal Palace sorting office to get there!! This is simply unworkable. All you'll achieve is the headache of uncollected parcels.
