I have used this sorting office for many years and it is incredibly convenient. It is ridiculous to even consider closing this office when it is essential to so many people.

I have used this Sorting Office many times, every time I use it there is a queue and the Office is busy. If the service is shut down there will be an even busier and less accessible service for the local community.

We often use this facility. Moving it would be highly inconvenient not only to the elderly and disabled but to busy workers and young families who could ill afford the time to travel to Anerley.

i often have parcels delivered and on more than one occasion i have had to collect it from the delivery office and i am grateful for the short journey and parking facilities closing this much needed office would be a real inconvenience for me as i am disabled

I use the West Norwood office regularly. I don't have a car and the 2 buses to and from Anerley would take over an hour. The staff at West Norwood are fantastic. Please reconsider.

Having a local post depot people can walk to is vital. Not everyone has a car or can travel easily and Anerley is too far to go to every time you need to pick up a parcel!

Please do not close the West Norwood sorting office and move services to Anerley, which is two buses away and not easy to get to if you don't have a car!! Move Anerley's office to West Norwood. West Norwoid is undergoing rejuvenation so why would a vital service be removed?
