I would be discouraged from using Royal Mail for deliveries, if i have to drive 3 miles to pick up a missed parcel.

Regular to the sorting office to pickup various parcels. As a single parent in fulltime work it is convenient to order products for delivery. To have to trek to Anerley would be highly inconvenient!

I work full time and cannot always be at home for deliveries. The West Norwood office is a vital for people like myself. Also the alternative of travelling to Anerley is ridiculous because of the extra time, cost and pollution to access it. It increases social inequalities because the poorest in our local community will not be able to afford the travel costs, the weakest and frailest will not have the physical infrastructure or health to travel long distances and our local wonderful RM workers-some of whom we have known for years- will lose their jobs. I strongly advise the RM to consider the social capital that will be lost and the effect on the local community.

The opening hours are already strapped. If people have to collect three miles away from home when do you think they can do this? After work leaving an hour early, or all of them on a Saturday. This is not acceptable. This office is needed and must stay open.

This is a very handy office with friendly staff. It shouldn't be closed. We do most of our shopping online and Anerly is not a close place to often go to collect parcels. This is not fair.

I regularly collect parcels at the office and as a full time worker with a family i do not have time to drive all the way to Anerly which would take 45 minutes out of my day. The post Office Depot needs to remain open
