The return journey from West Norwood to Anerley on public transport takes ages and will disadvantage those without cars, in particular. The West Norwood sorting office always seems busy whenever I am there - is there really a case for closing it?

Save this sorting office as it is valuable to the community moving it to Anerley will cause an issue for everyone but more so of the elderly and people who do not have access to a car and will have to travel by public transport plus the cost to travel there and what at about the jobs that will be lost because of it relocating.

Keep things local, how are people without their own transport supposed to collect parcels, letters etc. Moving it 3 miles away is stupid, especially for older residents and those with mobility problems. First the local banks close now the local sorting office. Give some consideration to local residents.

We need this sorting office left where it is. Many of us do not have easy access to transport, and this is a much needed and much used hub on the busy Crystal Palace Triangle

Keep the local services in West Norwood for the local residents it will take 2 buses and an hour's traveling to pick a package.
It's all about Royal Mail and corporate green,profit over public services.

3 miles may not seem like a long way to go, but be serious. Driving 3 miles in South London can be like driving 20 miles out in the sticks! I would understand if this place wasn't busy, but I'm never the only one collecting a parcel when I visit. That tells me this sorting office provides a valuable local service. Don't close it!

This proposal if enacted would be outrageous. Whilst a major inconvenience to those with own transport, to those without it would be catastrophic to those without. With waiting for trian / bus, travelling and walking it would be a one-and-a-half round trip, plus the cost of fares. And if you're elderly or infirm... This must not happen!
