Every working person doesn't have time to drive 3 miles to get a parcel that they couldnt receive at home because they were at work. We need this to stay open in West Norwood

Please don't make us travel to Anerley to pick up parcels! That's a long way away and if you work, as I do, only a very small window that I can get there on Saturdays!

Local residents can not be expected to travel to Anerley to collect post! The W.Norwood office is always busy - what rationale is there for closing this facility?!

I make a point of telling the many mail order companies I use that I prefer them to send goods by Royal Mail because of the ease of collection if I miss a delivery - going 3 miles is not easy. Also we get such a pleasant and helpful service from the staff behind the counter.

Has this been thought through and for whose benefit. Certainly not the Local Public. Unless the Anerley office is big and has lots of empty space I cant imagine it working.

Closing this would be a loss to the area and a great inconvenience for thousands of people especially the elderly.
This proposal has plainly not been thought through.

I use West Norwood Delivery Office a great deal as I have a PO Box there, if it were to close and move further away I would seek alternatives to paying for a PO Box.
Also for some residents in the area it would be a huge task to get to Anerley as there is little or no public transport there

Please don't move the Sorting Office - it serves a busy area and you can walk there easily. Annerley is 3 miles away - too far to walk to pick up a parcel

Please keep our sorting Office at West Norwood. I am a disable person and live near a few blocks from the office where its comfortable for me to go to when necessary.
