WN delivery office is always busy. Everyone I know uses it regularly. Disaster chaos and tears if it moves!

As a local resident who lives near a number of elderly neighbours, moving the sorting office to Penge would make it impossible for them to get their post. Anyone without a car or other means of private transport would also struggle to get to a different site.

This is going to be really difficult for me. I frequently have to walk up to the sorting office to collect a parcel and do not want to drive to Anerley.

West Norwood sorting office staff provide a friendly and reliable service to our community and I fully support their efforts to keep this facility open in West Norwood. It would be extremely inconvenient to travel further to collect mail and for some of my elderly neighbours it would make life very difficult. It would be far better to improve parking opportunities at this facility to enable customers to stop for short periods to collect parcels.

It will be unfair to local residents to have to travel away from West Norwood. The service at Windsor Grove is excellent as well as vital.
