Local residents will find it difficult to get our deliveries when we are all so busy with our working lives. Also elderly residents will have difficulty with getting all the way to Anerley and home again particularly with large parcels.

This is absurd. Very friendly and easy service at West Norwood servicing so many people who will be unable to collect parcels if they have to travel far. Don't understand the closure unless perhaps, site being sold off for more flats?! A real shame for those who work there and for the community too.

The West Norwood delivery office is vital for deliveries and collections in this area especially for those who are working and are unable to collect on the weekends. How can people spend time to collect 3 miles away especially the elderly and young families with children who may have to negociate buses etc with heavy parcels it does not make sense other than MONEY. Royal Mail has been eroded over the years by various governments which once was a world class service is slowly being destroyed. Please leave our delivery office alone.

West Norwood Delivery Office handles large amount and if this is relocated, it will cause more traffic as people need to drive (parcels tend to be too big to just carry), more piled up parcels in the depot as people are less likely to be able to pick it up straight away.

This is DIABOLICAL .If you are fit and have your own transport it would be hard enough. What about the the old,disabled,poor and those with no transport.Plus the cost of picking up your post/package if you are out

Penge is not straightforward to get to - many people in London do not have a car because of the London congestion charge. Keep this service local to West Norwood!

I use this service weekly. If it moves to Anerley I will have to stop using Royal Mail in case I miss a delivery. I will switch to using collect plus exclusively. I wont be travelling to Anerley.
