To move this service to Anerley is crazy, to use public transport or a car just to collect a parcel is ridiculous. Please don't do it!

Bad move Royal Mail. This is a great service that meets the needs of the community. Making the people of West Norwood travel to Anerlry to collect their mail _does not_ meet their needs.

More goods bought online and nobody wants to stay in waiting for delivery. So delivery to local sorting office is ideal-secure and makes use of the post office local presence. A good response to the threats of email and private delivery companies. So how does closing a local office make sense?

This is ridiculas. How come somebody elderly & infirmed have to travel 3 miles to pick up a package which in the first should have been delivered.

The local Royal Mail Sorting Office in West Norwood is VERY ESSENTAL to the well being peace of mind to MANY local residents from all different sections of the Community. To know that we can within walking distance visit this Sorting Office to collect items of mil and parcels that could not be delivered when we were out is a VERY IMPORTANT part of our well being and security.

Please keep our sorting office open, as an OAP it would catatastrophic if it closed and I would have to spend hours getting to and from Anerley.

I am very satisfied with the location of my sorting office and would not like it to be closed. The staff are helpful and polite and it is easy for me to get there. Anerley is a none starter. Please do not close the sorting office

It would be going a step backwards to close the office in West Norwood. It is a regularly used service which I use often.

It would be a significant inconvenience to travel to Anerley to collect undelivered parcels.
At the moment I pick up my undelivered parcels from the local Windsor Grove sorting office but if this site closes I will have to arrange for a re-delivery which would mean the same parcels being handled more than once which in turn if everybody did this could be short sited and uneconomic for Royal Mail.

Ease of access is essential and keeping this office in West Norwood fills this brief as there is a bus stop less than 300yds away.
