This is a very handy collection point and the staff who work there are very efficient and pleasant. It would be a great shame to lose this wonderful resource.

Please don't close this sorting office. To do so would discriminate against those who don't have cars (2 buses and a walk is unreasonable). For those who do have cars the round trip will exceed 1 hour due to traffic and accessibility of Anerly office.
Because the Anerly office is difficult to access, customers are likely to advise organisations to use delivery services which are more convenient than the post office.
Thank you

Absolutley ridiculous idea . What about pensioners and non car drivers .I honestly thought it was a joke when i heard the news. Dont the Royal Mail pride themselves for their outstanding service ? They can never claim that line again can they . Ridiculous .

DO NOT CLOSE! Anerley is too far to pick up mail! We work? How are we supposed to make the pick up slots in Anerley if we're at work all day? We'd never get our mail!

Local Business will suffer if this closes. Next nearest one means more hassle for a paid service.

Please do not close this sorting office. It is unreasonable to make people go all the way to Anerley to collect post. In these days of hugely increased numbers of mail order etc (From which Royal Mail profits hugely) it is even more important to have access locally.

The West Norwood office makes it possible to pick up a parcel on my way to work. I am not sure what the rationale is for closing this sorting office, but it clearing does not have the needs of local people at it's forefront. Please keep it open.

With the WN office I can pick up a parcel on my way to work. That would be impossible if the office moves to Anerley.

Please stay open - with children we often get parcels sent but have to go collect them; I don't think I've ever been to Anerley before and it's certainly not in any sort of useful location for us.

This sorting office is always busy. What's the extra pressure going to do to Anerley? Great service at West Norwood, keep it local for the locals

We need our local sorting office to stay where it is! We use it constantly and it's closure would mean we would have to pay travel fares to Anerley instead of being able to walk.
