No reason why this should move so far away. Although its 'only' three miles it takes an age to get to Anerley.

No way I'd be able to collect undelivered mail from Annerley as I don't have car. Mail will have to keep being redelivered until they reach me.

West Norwood is an up and coming area where also cinema and theatre are due to establish, works start already for the 2 venues. Lots of people are moving in, new businesses. I guess we deserve a royal mail store and anyway I can see you creating a new one (double costs) when all the above'll become reality. thanks.

For many, there is no direct bus nor train to the proposed new location. Why should the most disadvatged be the most impacted? For the elderly, disabled and all those less able, catching 4 buses for a return trip is not viable for such an essential service, that they have no effective choice on.

The West Norwood sorting office is necessary to our community and is a facility that is well used. It is ludicrous to consider closing it and expecting Royal Mail customers to have to drive or commute miles to another collection point.

I am disabled and have to use a mobility scooter to get around outside my house,I live close to west norwood sorting office.If it closed I would have to pay to get help for someone to go to Penge for me.I would lose even more independence I have,have to ask yet again for more help that gives me blame.Please keep this vital resource open for people in need and people who's lives are just so busy working.Thankyou

This move is totally ridiculous, to be expect the public in this area to go all the way to anerley to pick up mail that may not be able to be delivered, is totally ridiculous
