I'm registered blind, moving the SO would make almost impossible to access. Many local people would be seriously disadvantaged by such a move! Dreadful and discriminatory plan!

It will be a big loss to the residents of West Norwood if the delivery office shuts. It's within walking distance of many residents. Moving this to Annerley will be inconvenient for residents of West Norwood especially those without cars.

An essential service in the flourishing town centre of West Norwood (soon to have a new cinema).
But, worst case, if it cannot be saved, why on earth move to Anerley?! Both West Dulwich (Alleyn Park) and Crystal Palace (Westow Street) delivery offices are much nearer! (and those of us living at the western edge are nearer to Streatham). Obviously head office bosses have no knowledge of local geography whatsoever.

I work Monday to Saturday until 5 pm, if you decide to close this place I would not be able to collect my parcels as I always do it before I go to work and It will be impossible for me to travel to the one in Anerley as it will not give me time to get to work. So please consider people like me who don't have other options.

Moving to another borough is ridiculous, this is a fantastic office with very friendly helpful staff used regularly by myself. Many local residents would be unable to travel to Anerley for their parcels especially the elderly and vulnerable residents of West Norwood. Royal Mail need to have a major rethink about this proposal made by someone behind a desk who has no knowledge of the local area and its residents.

Closure of the West Norwood sorting office will damage the local economy, adding costs to local businesses and be a significant inconvenience to residents, old and young.
