This should stay open as these beautiful animals need help maybe a rule should be made for people not to buy these animals and birds so easy keep rainbow averies open

He has done fantastic job with birds and building new homes for them why can't people just leave them alone

I think what this man is doing is amazing. So good to know that there is someone out there willing to take time and look after people's unwanted animals. As a bird owner my self I think what he's doing is amazing

The sanctity is in his land. Don't see why the council needs to get involved. Should be supporting not demolishing.

It would be better for this to be made a special case & retrospective planning permission be given than cause these unfortunate birds & animals even more distress!

if this sanctury is made to close ,there will be nowhere for these birds to be kept safe,this is the only bird sanctury i could find when i had to rehome a bird.keep it going newport council...

He's doing a good thing and the animals are all cared for out of his own pocket. Leave them be!
