Wye don't the council help you to carry on with the wonderfull work your doing for these birds in stead of telling you you need planing permission ,so if that's the case the council is going to find aproppriate homes for all the birds & other animals you care for . Yeh RIGHT .

get a grip Newport he hasnt built ugly flats or roads,hasnt cost you anything,no EU grants,hes providing a service leave him alone

I thought avaries were temporary structures therefore planning permission wasn't needed but obviously Newport council would rather destroy a sanctuary to keep their paperwork up to date. Save this wonderful cause!!
