Wye don't the council help you to carry on with the wonderfull work your doing for these birds in stead of telling you you need planing permission ,so if that's the case the council is going to find aproppriate homes for all the birds & other animals you care for . Yeh RIGHT .

Thank God someone has taken the time and effort to help these poor animals and birds, saving the councils a shed load of money to home them.

I thought avaries were temporary structures therefore planning permission wasn't needed but obviously Newport council would rather destroy a sanctuary to keep their paperwork up to date. Save this wonderful cause!!
