We also contacted local news stations, emailed the president of our university, sent out mass emails via BlackBoard and shared the petition link via FaceBook, Twitter and through other social media sites!

I made a petition this morning for UT Arlington students to sign in order to voice our concern. I hope this petition made for SMU has the same effect as it did for us students of UT Arlington. While the temperatures are slowly climbing, everything is re-freezing as we speak which will leave road conditions less than safe in the morning. Best of luck to SMU!
