I am starting this petition to show Councilwoman Cleta Winslow that transparency IS NOT an option....IT IS THE LAW. We are trying to gather enough signatures to get this councilperson to file her March and June Financial Disclosure reports by July 31. As you know, she was fined for misusing city funds to fund her last campaign...now she is not showing where her money is coming from during an election year.
