I been knowing Ms. Howard for years and feel she deserves another chance. She's not a bar person just made bad decisions. She has learn from that so please grant her this clemency. Thank you

I signing this petition because I truly believe that the punishment is excessive for the crime committed. Mandatory minimum sentencing is a problem in the justice system. It leaves no discretion or flexibility to the judge. All infractions are not the same and should looked upon by a case to case basis. If this was done in Nataska's case, a sentence of 30 years would have been highly unlikely. A lot of judges themselves do not believe in mandatory sentencing but do so anyways because they have no choice. President Obama sir, you do have a choice where judges don't. Grant Nataska Howard clemency, 11 years is long enough.

Free Natasha. She is,vand always been a devoted loving, caring mothet, grandmother, aunt, neighbor, classmate. Great person, She didn't deserve all this time like that, she's not a threat to society. Statistics show, the streets are wrost than ever, but the law allow these real monsters to get little time.
