To the Mayor of the City of Kingston, Members of the Common Council and the Kingston Planning Board; We, the undersigned residents, taxpayers and concerned citizens, wish to express our disapproval of any proposed building moratorium in the city of Kingston, and support the removal of the derelict and polluted manufacturing building and the redevelopment of the site located at southeast corner of Washington Avenue and Schwenk Drive (formerly Utility Platers and Kingston Radiology).
