The Home office want my Wife Claudia to return to the Caribbean after being in the UK for over 15 Years. We have built our life together and we want to remain here in the uk and grow old together. We believe we are being unfairly treated by the Home Office and that they are ignoring the European Convention for Human Rights under the ruling of the right to a Family Life.
