Walmart here would save us all money for one, by not having to buy all that gas to drive to and from then people also make other stops while in Longview such as winco foods and target then usually have lunch or dinner over there.

There is a huge need in this community for low to middle priced goods. Many of the employed people of Clatsop County work for minimum wage, many working two or more jobs to support their families. There are many amenities in our area for the tourists, well to do, retired or not, and those who have second homes, there are very few for the lower income people who work the low pay jobs to provide you with the services you demand. It is time to do something for the them, people who work these jobs, and for those who aren't able to work or are low income retired. It would be great to see Walmart here to alleviate some of the financial burden for these families. I know it would be a huge help for mine.

I think we really need Walmart in Warrenton. It will mean jobs and store with good selections for all. Keep all the money in clatsop county/Warrenton. Time to bring it in. Quit listening to those who won't shop there anyway. We don't need those nay sayers.
