I say build it I like Wal Marts prices , my friends and family are tired of driving clear to Hillsboro or Longview from Astoria and Seaside to goto Wal Mart.

Love Walmart. Lived in Aberdeen when they built and they attracted so many more new businesses.

I have been waiting for the Super Walmart since I found out about it. When you have only a few large stores in an area like we live in, there is no competition to get our money, there is a monopoly. I had that culture shock when we moved here 3 years ago. I went into Fred Meyers to get vitamins....the prices were ridiculous. I order a lot of our stuff on line through Walmart. My husband went through Longview and I had him stop at Walmart to pickup some dog bones and dog food. He was amazed at the prices, but we can't afford to go to Longview every time we need it. There are a lot of low income people that live in this area and it would help them to save some money. Please allow Walmart to open their store here.

I cant afford FM. Even when they have their kids summer sale i still cant afford them. And to buy mysekf sonethung us out of the question.

When my husband and I moved to this area and started our own business three years ago we were told Walmart was already being built. This community needs a Walmart.

Stop Safeway and Fred Meyer from blocking real competition.

Only problem, there would have to be alot mor housing built for employees. There is no housings as it is.
