Walmart cannot get here fast enough. To quote another "finally some place locally where people can afford to shop!" I do and I have compared prices and our current local prices are two, some times three times more than what I can buy them for at Walmart. For basic items. Things people use every day.

We need a Wal-Mart in warrenton because that way there will be more jobs for people and also because that way we won't have to travel all the way to Hillsboro or Longview

Although there is a few shopping places in Warrenton, there isnt very much in the way of choices or comparative prices. With limited choices we do a lot of our shopping in Longview and Beaverton, both an hour away. And during the holidays time and weather is a factor to my family, Plus we order a lot also, which you take your chances that it will be what you want. Getting Walmart would be very Welcome by my family .My vote is Yes on having Walmart in Warrenton.

yes, thank you for this we need variety not one store for all. try finding cloths for your children that the other kids in school don't have .competition only makes products less expensive better customer service have you tried going to the deli at Fred Meyers at 6:00 pm and ask why they don't have any chicken its because they don't have any competition . If the C.R.A.W. people continue this they will be looking at a law suit because they don't speak for me and my family

I am so sick and tired of having to pay the inflated prices at the stores on this peninsula. with Walmart in warrenton we will finally have some real options!

Fred Meyer has had the monopoly on Supercenters in our area long enough! They jack up prices and keep them there because we have no where else to go locally. It would be great to go to the store and have $ left in your pocket when you leave. I think the people of Clatsop Co. NEED and DESERVE this to move forward, and quit teasing us with maybes.
