Graduation is a big deal in my family and if my brother doesn’t get to walk down that stage I can say that’s not only my family but many others will be very disappointed and angry. Give the 2020 class a chance to walk the stage, they have worked too hard and too long not to even do that.

I have worked for the last 13 years to graduate, graduating online is just not an option. If we have to postpone the ceremony that’s fine, just don’t take away this moment I’ve worked so hard for.

The Class of 2020 deserves to walk across the stage and receive their diplomas like every other Graduating class. The Seniors have already lost out on so much during their Senior year. Graduation can still happen once the Stay at Home order has been lifted. Please don't take Graduation away from our Seniors! Proud Senior Mom! ❤

Postpone the ceremony until summer and hold it outside at the Metra Pond or the Midway where we hold the fair. We could always hold graduation on schedule and we can all sit in our cars while graduation speeches and the names of our graduates are announced over the radio. Our kids then drive their cars up and down the rows of the parking lot and we can honk and cheer them on.

Please don’t cancel graduation, we have all looked forward to this day for so long! I couldn’t even imagine not being able to walk across that state and receive my diploma with my life long class mates, and best friends. I have been looking forward to this day for as long as I can remember. This day is supposed to be about just us seniors, and we are supposed to be able to celebrate with friends and family! So don’t cancel and if needed just postpone!!! Thanks!
