This university took advantage of my VA status by charging me an outrageous price to attend their online program. They lied to me by telling me this program was flexible, and tailored to people with busy schedules. I think my financial aid was not processed correctly for my Post 911 GI Bill. They failed me multiple times for the same courses even though I had all coursework completed, and turned in, sometimes only 1 hour late, and they failed me for the whole course instead of adjusting my final scores to reflect being late. They totally ripped me off.

Worthless. Misleading. They ought to be ashamed, but guess what, they aren't. Put me down as a witness. I was told it is a "highly sought after degree." I think not. Scam. Pure and simple.

I have my BA in psychology and early childhood education. I have been told by school districts and even a daycare that my college degree is not worth the paper it is written on. I have over 80K in student loans I will never be able to pay back.

Ashford University BA and MAED (both with Honors) earned and worthless per interviewing individuals. Now with exhausted Post-911 GI Bill and FED Student Loans in excess of $100K: I should have known better. There will be a special place in hell for Bridgepoint

There is no way “at your own pace” means to have a 12 page essay done in a week holding a full time job and a mother of 3. I also spent a moth learning how I learn?

I have completed all my classes. Kept a 3.75 GPA. I was asked to email all the departments to make sure I was set to Graduate in October of 2019, I kept all the emails, everyone said I was good to go. Today I get several emails saying I owe the University over 2,000 dollars. They are not letting me graduate, no diploma, no transcripts, unless I pay them. I am 60,000 in debt with student loans. How is this possible?

During the years 2011 and 2012 I attended Ashford university. They did not provide or meet any of the educational promise. The education was misleading and the education was not worth the cost.

This school lied to me and told me I’d be fine financially when they marketed the degree to me. Then when I was three classes away from graduation told me I didn’t have enough money. Then locked my transcripts and prevented me from getting a job with the classes I’d already taken. First student to go to college in my family and a former foster child and I’ve spent almost ten years trying to get ahead because of them. I can’t go back to college because I can’t pay the student loans I already have from them and I’m capped out. Now I’m in my 30s and I’m tired of the fight. I’m doing everything I can to make ends meet when I could be living better I worked so hard for nothing.

Every time I have tried to withdraw they threaten to charge me thousands of dollars unless I complete multiple classes. The advisor doesn’t answer my messages. My health has declined I’m so stressed. Joined a graduate program because my BA in Liberal Arts has me still searching for employment. Help me if you can.

I graduated with a Bachelor's in 2011. I ended up owing $50,000 after only 2 years of courses. I did not anticipate owing that much. My degree is pretty much useless and I am stuck with all this debt
