Clare's Law Alberta - Help Prevent Domestic Violence

This is a must!

I hope this law will become a law!! We need to help woman.

Premier Kenney has committed to bringin Clare's Law to Alberta. I hope by these signatures he will know how important it is to move quickly on this.

As a woman I believe any information of a criminal offense should be available for the protection of all people be they female or male.

Don’t wait til people die like Clare in the UK. Her Dad battles to get this through parliament.

My step daughter was killed in front of her toddler (who remembers) by partner. We didn't know about Clare's law till after. Wish it was available everywhere and we'll publicised.

Clare’s Law was not in place when I as being abused and I was desperate to find out my ex’s history. This might have saved me living through abuse if it had been in place

Every Country should have a version of Clare's Law !

I'd like to sign a petition to change our (un) justice system that would send violent offenders to prison with a harsher punishment on the first offense. Shame on Canada

I see the impact of DV everyday. If this can help protect even one person then I am in complete support of it.

This is one way to prevent violence. People should have a right to know when dealing with a violent person.

This is something very important for not only woman the men as well. We need to break these cycles of violence.

No woman should live in fear.

There should be a law that these kind of people be put to death penalty

Relationship violence is an epidemic and people have a right to know if the person they are with is dangerous. It would allow people to end a relationship before violence begins. These men can be smart and sly and hide this dangerous side until it’s too late and someone is hurt.
