I, the undersigned, property owner of the designated property at the listed address (or addresses) below, hereby request Suffolk City Public Works consider the extension of public sewer to the neighborhood of Pitchkettle Point to include the property (or properties) below. I understand by signing below, that I am simply expressing my interest in having public sewer extended to my property and that I am not obligated to any costs at this time.I further understand that if Suffolk City receives a majority interest or the effective property owners to initiate a petition; I will have the opportunity at a later date to vote in favor or against the petition based on the estimated costs presented at that time.
